We develop practical curriculums, leadership systems, mentorship programs, and implementation tools that turn values into daily behaviors, Our work helps schools and athletic programs move beyond motivational messages and create standards that can be taught, reinforced, measured, and sustained.
Because lasting success does not begin on game day.
It is built every day-in classrooms, offices, locker rooms, practices, meetings, and the choices people make when no one is watching.

MTTS Sports Group was founded by Coach Corbin Smith after a lifetime spent inside the classroom & athletics-as a collegiate quarterback, college coach, teacher, high school head coach, mentor, author, and program builder.
That experience shaped a clear belief
Most schools and athletic programs do not lack good people or meaningtul values. They lack a consistent system for putting those values into action.
MTTS was created to close that gap.
Our curriculums and operating systems provide administrators, athletic directors, coaches and athletes with step by step structures for developing leadership, strengthening character, creating accountability, aligning staff, and bulding healthier program cultures.
Not another binder that sits on the shelf.
